People never feel tired of repeating impressive stories that bond them with their loved one.
The strong ties that connect two people together can be friendships, love or gratefulness. It can be something that fulfills their dreams. It can be something that ties them with their families. Or it can be something that inspires them to live on. It can be anything that sometimes we can’t explain….
Inspired by so many good stories of couples around the world, Happy has designed a new product - ‘SIM For Us” — to touch people’s hearts with good feelings. Inside the packet are mini journal containing moving stories of ten impressive couples and two SIM cards with two consecutive numbers for the couple to call each other for free, around the clock. When a customer tops up 100 baht, his or her partner will receive free call credits worth 10 baht right away. If the top-up value exceeds 200 baht, the other person will get free 30 baht credit. Calls to other numbers are charged at 3 baht for each of the first two minutes and 1 baht per each subsequent minute.
“The intensify competition in the market has now come to the point that there is no space left for imagination and human touch. So whenever we have a chance, we want to deliver something that is meaningful and goes beyond the price competition. Although this new service will not help us much in terms of revenues, it’s at least something we really want to do. We truly hope that we can break through the today’s mainstream competition with this service and look forward to coming up with more human-touch services in the future,” said Thana Thienachariya, DTAC’s Chief Commercial Officer.
Happy has produced “SIM For Us” in limited edition of just 100,000 sets, available at 299 baht each. Apart from traditional telecom shops, customers can buy the product at book and CD shops such as B2S and CD Warehouse.
Each of every relationship is beautiful and memorable because it makes us realize that we don’t only live today for ourselves but also for others.
