In a bid to fully compete in PDA phone market, HP unveiled its first designer white and metallic silver handheld device, the HP iPAQ rw6800 Multimedia Messenger Series, redefining style for handheld devices. HP also launched the HP iPAQ hw6900 mobile messenger, enhancing the industry’s first integrated GPS navigation handheld device with newly added WiFi technology for business use. The company aims to meet the demands of all consumer markets as well as cover all purpose of uses. Recently, the company revealed its operational growth of 47%, especially PDA penbase market that grew over 50%. HP expected its sales growth by 20% this year.
