Bangkok Bank invites applications for its ‘Student Internship Program’
Bangkok Bank invites all interested tertiary level Thai students to apply for the bank’s unique training course - the ‘Student Internship Program’.
Applications can be submitted from June 14-16, 2006, and all Thai students studying at universities abroad or enrolling in English-language courses at universities in Thailand are eligible to apply.
The Student Internship Program will run from July 20 to August 17, 2006, and students who are accepted will join the training free of charge. To qualify, applicants must be Thai students who have completed their second year or higher of tertiary study at a university overseas, or have completed third year or higher English-language courses at a university in Thailand. There is no restriction on the field of study.
Students participating in the Student Internship Program will complete Bangkok Bank courses on the country’s economic structure and the role of commercial banks and businesses, and will gain leadership training. The program runs for 20 working days.
Bangkok Bank organizes two Student Internship Programs a year: one in April-May for students studying a regular curriculum program in Thailand; and another in July-August for students enrolling in English-language programs in Thailand or overseas. There are 70-80 places available on each training course.
Students interested in joining the Student Internship Program can obtain details and application forms from now until June 16, 2006 at a reception counter on the ground floor of Bangkok Bank’s head-office on Silom road from 9:00am to 4:00pm on normal banking days; from the Bangkok Bank Building (7th floor), 222 Rama 3 Road, Bangkok; or download it from Bangkok Bank’s website at www.bangkokbank.com .
Applications must be submitted to the Tribussaya Room, Bangkok Bank Building (3rd floor), 222 Rama 3 Road from 9:00am to 4:00pm on June 14-16, 2006.
