DTAC was named the Mobile Operator of the Year in Thailand by a leading Asian telecommunications publication for two years in a row.
Thana Thienachariya, Chief Commercial Officer of DTAC, represented the company in collecting the award at the Asian MobileNews Awards 2006 held in Singapore on 21 June. DTAC has won the Best Mobile Operator of Thailand award for two consecutive years.
“DTAC is honored to receive the award for two years now and we pledge to continue to work hard to develop more innovative services for our customers,” said Thana.
Asian MobileNews Awards 2006 is organised by Asian MobileNews magazine, a Singapore-based publication that enjoying international readership. Its annual awards recognize outstanding performance by Asian telcommunications operators, services and mobile phones, with winners determined through votes cast by readers. The awards’ ceremony attracted over 100 executives from global and regional telecommunications sectors.
