Mr. Agkarajit Panomwon na Ayutthaya (right), General Manager for Spain and Portugal, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, recently received the “Airline with the Best Service” Award and the “Best Airline on Asian Routes” Award from Mr. Jesus Martinez (left), President of the Spanish Travel Agencies Association, presented on behalf of “AgentTravel,” the leading travel trade magazine in Spain, for the third consecutive year. The awards were based on results of a survey conducted during 2005 amongst 800 travel agents in Spain. THAI was ranked the “Airline with the Best Service” Award, with Iberia in second and Spainair in third place. In addition, THAI was recognized with the “Best Airline on Asian Routes” Award, with Lufthansa and Iberia in second and third place, respectively.
