Four fabulous chefs — experienced, skillful, innovative, and creative — dedicated to their craft as culinary artists are now manning the dining and pastry outlets of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square.
Executive Chef Subin Chowlertlert, one of the leading Thai executive chefs today and an expert in Thai cooking. Then, there is Chef de Cuisine Adam Roy’s whose special international touch on the extravagant lunch and dinner buffet is well-known.
There is also Pastry Chef Tom Van Den Berg from the Netherlands, who has been bringing a lot of new, creative ideas to Novotel’s cakes, chocolates and pastries. And last but not least -- our new Chinese Chef Chan Kam Fai, who is creating more than 300 ala carte fine Chinese dishes that reflect the true spirit of regional Chinese cuisines at the newly renovated Lok Wah Hin.

Helping impoverished youth
The future belongs to the children, it is often said, and so we as a community was make sure they are taken cared of to save our future. Thus, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square -- in conjunction with Coca Cola and Chivas Regal — has launched a project to involve guests to help the hotel the children perhaps even without them knowing it.
For every Coke, Fanta, Sprite, or Chivas purchased at all outlets of the hotel from August to October, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square is donating two baht to the project. Monies raised will go to the charities under the patronage of the Royal Family in support of disadvantaged children and communities of Thailand.
