In celebration of Her Royal Highness Queen Sirikit's 74th Birthday, Thai Airways International has prepared a special menu, including Lobster Chu Chee with steamed Chitralada Hom Mali Rice. This special menu will be served to passengers traveling on international flights departing from Bangkok between 11 - 13 August 2006 (except for flights with restricted regulations).
THAI President, Flg.Off. Apinan Sumanaseni, remarked that THAI will also prepare a special menu for all passengers traveling from Bangkok to an international destination between 11-13 August 2006 featuring Lobster Chu Chee with steamed Chitralada Hom Mali Rice.
Dessert for all passengers in all classes will be Delight Rainbow Threads with Coconut Jelly in Carved Pumpkin. This special menu will be served to celebrate Her Royal Highness Queen Sirikit’s 74th Birthday. The ingredients used in this special menu are from the Royal Project that is good for people’s health. This is in accordance with the government policy to make Thai food become more well known around the world and to support products from the Royal Project.
