At Trader Vic’s this month, chef Simon and team will be gathering all superb and carefully selected ingredients for Aussie dishes to wish you to the land of down under.
Our highly recommended dishes for you to try are “Pan seared Tasmanian salmon with warm Ni?oise salad and Lemon Aspen dressing as well as Victorian oven roasted lamb loin wrapped in potato with Illawara prunes, roasted root vegetables and bush tomato chutney.
An award winning restaurant, Trader Vic's is located at the south wing of Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa. The restaurant offers magnificent views of Bangkok's famous "River of Kings" the Krung Thep bridges, historic river rice barges and all the fascinating panorama of river life, as well as Trader Vic's own tropical gardens and private dining rooms.

The Riverside Terrace opens daily from 18:00 - 22:30 hrs. The price for buffet is Baht 1,100 per person for an all you can eat selection including BBQ seafood from the largest buffet in town with live Thai classical dance shows. (Price subject to tax and service charge)
