Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Pcl. (“SCBT”) has launched a “Trade Service: Same-day Service Guarantee” for the Bank’s trade customers, a reflection of commitment towards service excellence. Under this program, the Bank guarantees that trade applications or documents submitted within cut-off time will be processed on the same day*.

By launching this innovative program ”Trade Service: Same-day Service Guarantee”, the Bank is first in the market and leading the way in Thailand.
The Trade Service: Same-day Service Guarantee Program will cover seven products including Import Letter of Credit Issuance, Export Letter of Credit Advising, Pre shipment Loan, Shipping Guarantee, Export Letter of Credit Confirmation, Bank Guarantee and Import Loan (Loan against Trust Receipt).

2. Banks and customers limit availability
3. Authentication of SWIFT/Telex message
4. Signature verification for documentation and application
5. Agreed wordings for Bank Guarantee
6. Cover delays made by SCBT and exclude all delays made by third party
