Bangkok Bank will launch its new Bualuang Home Loan campaign “Gifts for New Homes” at the Home Builders’ Exhibition 2006 on August 16 — 20 at the Plenary Hall, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The campaign is available to customers nationwide who take out a Bualuang Home Loan and offers them the option of a free TV or fridge, giving them a head start on furnishing their new home.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Mrs. Ruchanee Nopmuang said the rising price of consumer goods prompted the ‘Gifts for New Homes’ campaign.
“We understand how many customers put all of their savings into buying a new home and have little money left over to furnish it. Our new campaign is designed to alleviate some of the burden of buying and furnishing a new home. Customers who are approved for a Bualuang Home Loan of 2 — 5 million Baht can choose either a free 21 inch Toshiba television or 5.3 cubic foot Toshiba refrigerator. Borrowers of more than 5 million Baht receive both gifts.”
Bangkok Bank’s new television commercial ‘Choices’ was launched in late July and received good feedback from customers. The Bank is continuing to offer greater choices to customers at the Home Builders Exhibition 2006 with repayment terms of up to 30 years and four interest rate options available to suit every customer’s lifestyle: Option 1 is a fixed rate of 5% for one year; Option 2 is a step rate of 6% in the first year and 6.75% in the second year; Option 3 is a floating rate of MLR-1.5% for two years, and Option 4 is a floating step rate of MLR-1.75% in the first year, MLR-1% in the second year and MLR-0.5% in the third year. For each option, the MLR will apply for the rest of the contract.
Bangkok Bank’s credit card team will also be at the booth promoting its latest campaign ‘1001 Fine Dining Restaurants’ which offers discounts of 10 — 50% to customers paying with a Bangkok Bank credit or debit card at more than 1001 leading restaurants nationwide.
“Bangkok Bank is offering its home loan customers more ‘Choices’ at this year’s Home Builder’s Exhibition, with more choices of home loan repayment terms and free gifts. We will also show our successful new television commercial ‘Choices’ on a plasma screen at the booth.”
“Plus we have free gifts for customers who sign up for the Bank’s products. Our booth will convey all the fun and color of the banking world and we hope the customers will enjoy visiting our booth,” Mrs. Ruchanee said.
Customers can visit Bangkok Bank’s booth near the entrance of the Plenary Hall at Sirikit National Convention Center on August 16 — 20 from 10 am to 8 pm.
