All the crabs are lining up to enter the Rice Mill restaurant, the mouth watering menu encompassing “Deep fried soft shell crab with fresh mango and Schezwan pepper mayonnaise; Stir-fried blue crab in XO sauce; Clay pot braised blue crab with E-ME noodles, are all skill fully prepared by Chinese chef, Yiu Chi Chow.
The Rice Mill, an authentic Chinese restaurant is located on North Wing of the resort. Currently serving a Baht 410 per person special “All-You-Can-Eat” Dim Sum lunch from Mondays to Fridays and a Baht 520 per person for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays menu that features a Dim Sum Brunch Buffet.
