The Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) in cooperation with Association of Thai Government Scholarship Students (ATGOSS) and Civil Service Executive Society (CSES) will organize a special lecture on globalization. Titled as “Thailand@ the Next Global Stage: A Roadmap for Action in the Borderless World” this special event will be lectured by Dr. Kenichi Ohmae who is recognized worldwide as one of the world’s leading business and corporate strategists.
Dr. Ohmae has written over 100 books of which The Mind of the Strategist, The Borderless World, The Invisible Continent, and the Next Global Stage are among the most popular of his books printed in English. He is currently manages a number of companies that he founded, while his academic front include a Chancellor’s Professor of Public Policy at UCLA, Distinguished Visiting Professor of Korea University, Trustee and Adjunct Professor of Bond University in Australia as well as Dean of Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Management of BBT University in Japan.
The OCSC, ATGOSS and CESE have the pleasure of inviting those who are interested to attend this special lecture (the lecture will be in English) which will be held on September 8 2006 between 3.00 — 5.00 p.m. at the Royal Thai Navy Convention Hall. Please note that this lecture will be free of charge, and due to the space limitation of the main Convention Hall, some attendees will be arranged to VDO-Conference seminar room.
