DHL, the world’s leading express and logistics company, today announced the launch of the second branch of an innovative retail strategy with DHL SERVICEPOINT — a convenient, accessible and user-friendly retail outlet concept targeted at tourists and small- & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) - in Pattaya.

Packaging is free and included in the flat-fee pricing. Customers are presented with a menu of simplified zone prices that offer greater value for money. EXPRESS4YOU is supported by DHL’s existing 24/7 customer service call centres, as well as the track-and-trace technology which allows customers to keep an eye on their shipments.
