Kiatnakin Bank is going to offer an auction for its highlight asset with an area of 4-1-91 rais, in Asoke-Petchburi zone, with an easy access to the CBD and suitable for commercial business. The area is expected to locate a shopping mall “Makasan Complex”, by the State Railway of Thailand, and the “Airport Link” to Suvarnabhumi airport. Tender offer and result announcement will take place on September 25, 2006.
Assets Management Department, Kiatnakin Bank Plc., revealed that Kiatnakin Bank will offer an Annual Auction-sealed bid for its highlight assets, which is a land in Asoke-Petchburi intersection area for this year. The land is located close to transportation facilities - Makasan Station and Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link, which are across the two-lane local road, and Petchburi MRT, 50 meters away - direct link to Asoke BTS The land, 4-1-91 rais, is equipped with an office building, ready to be further developed or run commercial business. According to a sounding conducted by the Assets Management Department, the land is expected to attract a number of local and foreign investors because of the prime location close to the Airport Link as well as the potential of the land to be developed into a complex or activity center, such as a shopping mall, an entertainment complex, a condominium or an office building.

Late this year, the Assets Management Department of Kiatnakin Bank will join “NPA Grand Sale” in Surathani and Chiang Mai, where interested persons can purchase non-performing assets.
