The Deli Goes Green @ La Brioche
Welcoming the upcoming Vegetarian Festival, La Brioche the Deli of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square is going green (vegetarian) in October and we say those who think deli delights can’t be veggie might get converted.
Think of sandwiches and salads with traditional Chinese vegetarian rules in mind. Mix them with general Western approach and voila, you have a green sandwich. Enjoy salads are getting some twists too: deep fried tofu topped on salad with black vinaigrette and other special dishes will be available. A whole range of salads, sandwiches, pizza, quiches, and much more are available at La Brioche.
This month, salads (120 baht) that are fresh and crisp and titillating are among the highlights of our 100% vegetarian menu, from the Italian Antipasto Salad to California Salad. Try also La Brioche’s sandwiches (140 baht) like Grilled Vegetable Focazzia and the American Classic Peanut Butter and Jelly. By the way, sandwiches are served with potato chips, French or curly fries.
