At the Meeting of Board of Directors of The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company
Limited no. 9/2006 held on 29 September 2006, the Board of Directors considered therecommendation of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and passed a resolution to appoint Prof. Vicharn Panich, M.D., M.S. as a Director of the Bank, effective as from 29 September 2006.
Prof. Vicharn Panich, M.D., M.S. is currently Director of The Knowledge Management
Institute (KMI), Special Advisor of The Thailand Research Fund (TRF), Chairman of the University
Council of Mahidol University, and Member of the University Council of Chulalongkorn University.
