Bangkok Bank is offering special discounts on mortgage rates to all visitors who apply for a Bualuang Home Loan at Money Expo Chiang Mai. The bank will also organize a ‘golden minute’ auction twice a day offering discounts of up to 50% on selected properties.
Mr. Chartchai Srirussamee, Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President, said the bank had many special offers available to home buyers including special home loan interest rate options and free gifts for their new homes.
Bangkok Bank will also organize a ‘golden minute’ auction on selected Bualuang properties twice a day during the three-day event, offering discounts of up to 50%.
The bank is offering a choice of two discounted interest rate options. The first offers 3.99% interest for the first three months and 5% for the next 4-12 months. The second choice is 3.99% for the first three months and MLR-1.5% for the next 4-24 months. Both options offer MLR-0.25% for the remainder of the loan period.
Bangkok Bank will lend up to 90% of a property’s sale price but not more than 100% of its appraised value or the outstanding value of a refinanced loan. The bank will waive both the management and appraisal fee for customers who register for a home loan at Money Expo Chiang Mai.
Home buyers who are approved for their Bualuang Home Loan will also receive a special gift for their new home. Borrowers of 2-4.99 million Baht can choose either a free 21 inch Toshiba television or a free 5.3 cubic foot Toshiba refrigerator. Borrowers who take out a loan of 5 million Baht or more will receive both gifts.
“What’s more, visitors who sign up for any product or service at Bangkok Bank’s booth will stand the chance to win other impressive prizes from the bank including a Toyota Vios car, four motorcycles, a fridge and three color televisions,” Mr. Chartchai said.
Money Expo Chiang Mai will be held at the Chiang Mai University auditorium from Friday October 13 to Sunday October15. Bangkok Bank’s booth is located in the Thai house at the front of the auditorium.
