Bangkok Bank is offering a special low fixed interest rate of 3.75% for customers who take out a Bualuang Home Loan at the launch of the Baan Klang Krung Office Park Sukhumvit-Bangna property project this Saturday, October 14.
The bank will also be giving away a home theatre set, 21-inch Toshiba television and a 5.3 cubic foot Toshiba refrigerator to every customer who is approved for a Bualuang Home Loan of more than 5 million Baht.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Ruchanee Nopmuang said the bank would offer customers attending the grand opening of Baan Klang Krung Office Park Sukhumvit-Bangna a fixed lending rate of 3.75% for one year, with a rate of MLR-0.75% applying for the rest of the loan period.
“Bangkok Bank’s MLR of 7.5% per year is currently the lowest rate in the market. The Baan Klang Krung Office Park Sukhumvit-Bangna property project is managed by the Asian Property Development Company (AP). The project offers premium office buildings in a superior environment with family living areas. The project is located on Bangna Road, Km. 2, next to Central Bangna, close to BITEC and only 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
The launch event of the Baan Klang Krung Office Park Sukhumvit-Bangna property project will take place on Saturday, October 14, from 2pm to 6pm under the theme ‘The Colors of China Town’.
