Among the highlights during his 10-day visit to Thailand will be Chef Giovanni's special 7-course menu of Italian delights that will be available exclusively on Loy Krathong night! Sample some of his mouth-watering signature dishes such as "Lobster infused Sardinian fregola stuffed ravioli in a clam and a bottarga broth", "Chianina beef tournedos with truffles, foie gras, and a marsala reduction", and "Piemontese Ferrari wine granita with a strawberry coulis".
