Thoresen Thai Agencies Plc. (TTA) held the 1/2006 extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders. M.R. Chandram S. Chandratat (center), Chairman of TTA, presided over the meeting. M.L. Chandchutha Chandratat (sitting row, second from right), Managing Director of TTA, along with other Directors and executives participated in the meeting. In this EGM, TTA shareholders approved the issue of debentures in an amount not exceeding Bath10 billion.
