Chandchutha Chandratat, Managing Director of Thoresen Thai Agencies Plc (TTA) (standing third form right) Mr. Lars Safverstrom, Group President of Gulf Agency Company Limited (seated left), Liechtenstein signed a Shareholders Agreement to establish a new subsidiary, GAC Thoresen Logistics Ltd. (GACTL). TTA will invest Bt 38.25 million in GACTL. GACTL plans to build a 10,000-square-meter warehouse on 18 rais of land in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate. GACTL is part of the GAC Group which has over 200 offices around the world. The GAC Group is the world's leading provider of fully-integrated shipping, logistics and marine services. In the logistics operations, GAC offers a wide range of services from air and marine freight forwarding to ground based storage and worldwide cargo distribution.
