Dr. Somjin Sornpaisarn, Managing Director of ONE Asset Management Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of KGI Securities (Thailand), with his management team recently attended the Core Management Workshop conducted by experienced trainers from KGI Securities (Taiwan). The workshop highlighted role of the leader, implementation of the Balanced Scorecard management system as a concrete method of performance evaluation. The workshop was held at the Tawanna Ramada Hotel, Bangkok.
