Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Company Limited or MPT announced that Mr. Chanin Donavanik, former Chairman of the Board has resigned due to his recent appointment as a member of Thailand National Legislative Assembly. After his long period of cooperation in directing the company, his contribution has driven the continuous progress of MPT.
The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Chakchai Panichapat, Director and Member of the Audit Committee to be the new Chairman of the Board, effective from November 30, 2006.
