Bangkok Bank is offering a special low rate and interest rate options to customers who apply for a Bualuang Home Loan at the Thailand Condo Expo 2006.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Ruchanee Nopmuang says this is the best opportunity to invest in condominium at the year end.
“This year, Bangkok Bank is putting the spotlight on providing options for our customers. We offer them interest rate options and repayment options.
“We will also be providing customers with a one-stop-shop service that let’s them sign-up for a home loan and pick out their ideal condominium at the same time,” Mrs Ruchanee said.
The bank is offering two home loan interest rate options for customers who apply for a home loan to purchase new properties or to refinance existing home loans.
Option 1 is a fixed rate of 3.99% for the first three months and 5% for the fourth to 12th months.
Option 2 is a fixed rate of 3.99% for the first three months and MLR-1.5% for the fourth to 12th months.
For each option, the MLR-0.25% will apply for the rest of the contract. Customers can choose loan repayment terms of up to 30 years.
The Thailand Condo Expo 2006 is being held at the Bangkok Convention Plaza, Central Plaza Ladprao, from November 24 — 26.
Bangkok Bank will also showcase its credit cards at the expo. New customers who sign up for a credit card or for their first supplementary card between now and February 28, 2007, and make purchases using their new card are eligible for the Nissan Tiida lucky prize draws. Every 1,000 Baht spent the card from December 1 until April 30, 2007, gives customers another entry into the prize draws. Two cars will be given away each month with prize draws taking place on the 15th of each month from January until May, 2007.
