Jotika Savanananda, managing director of TMB Asset Management Company Limited as the manager of CPN Retail Growth Fund, together with the fund investment committee held the 1st CPNRF Unit Holders Meeting in 2006 on December 8, 2006 to seek the approval from unit holders to increase the fund's capital for additional investment in part of Central Plaza Pinklao shopping complex as well as Pinklao Office Tower A and B at the Meeting Room, 7th Floor, TMB Bank Public Company Limited. The meeting has already reached the resolution to approve the increase in the fund's capital.
