Mr. Maroot Mrigadat, (มารุต มฤคทัต) President of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP said the company is considering the issuance of Baht debenture at the amount of 3,500 million Baht in the first quarter of this year. The said amount has been approved by the General Shareholders meeting. The details of the debenture such as tenor and interest rate are subject to consideration as they are related to market condition.
The proceed will be used for investment in exploration projects in the Union of Myanmar, Algeria, and development projects in the Sultanate of Oman and Vietnam.
