For every 10 single rooms and/or 10 participants per event booked at the JW Marriott Bangkok during this timeframe, you will receive 1 single room and/or participant free of charge for the standard conference package.
Full Day Meeting Package: Baht 1,400 per person/day (Minimum 10 persons)
Complimentary use of one meeting room from 8:00am — 5.00pm
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks
Business Luncheon with organized menu offering a choice of a Buffet, Set Menu at a private function or a suitable space in the hotel.
Complimentary use of standard audio visual, i.e. 1 set of overhead, slide projector with screen, TV and video
Complimentary use of whiteboard and flipchart with markers
Drinking water, writing pads, pencils and mints for all participants

Half Day Meeting Package: Baht 1,200 per person/half day (Minimum 10 persons)
Complimentary use of one meeting room from 8:00am — 12.00 noon or 12.00 noon — 5.00pm

Terms & Conditions:
A group is considered a minimum of 10 single rooms and/or 10 conference participants booked.
In order to qualify for this promotion, group business needs to be contracted during January 15, 2007 — March 31, 2007
For every 10 rooms/participants booked for the mentioned timeframe, you receive 1 room/participant (1 person) free of charge
A maximum of 5 rooms/participants are granted free of charge within this promotion and outlined timeframe
This applies to the standard conference package and/or room (local taxes and incidental charges (e.g. telephone, mini bar, etc) are charged separately for the customer
Offer based on availability
The JW Marriott Bangkok has the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
