Thoresen Thai Agencies Plc (TTA) held its 1/2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Grand Ballroom, the Intercontinental Hotel, Bangkok, chaired by M.R.Chandram S. Chandratat, Chairman of TTA (second from left). M.L. Chandchutha Chandratat, Managing Director of TTA (center), and other directors and executives also attended the meeting, which approved an annual dividend payment for the 2006 financial year of Baht 1.35 per share. Since the Board of Directors had declared and paid an interim dividend of Baht 0.65 per share on 9 June 2006, the balance of Baht 0.70 per share would be paid to shareholders on 23 February 2007.
