The Goodyear Durasport with Aquatraction technology offers optimal traction on wet roads and greatest water evacuation capacity of 22 liters per second. There is made of proprietary silica rubber for enhanced water evacuation, unidirectional tread design for improved traction on wet roads, traction zone design for added power and four grooves in the middle to channel water out from underneath the tire for maximum contact surface. There is also a reinforced belt with a double wrapped canvas layer or spiral overlay for stronger structure, heavier load capacity and even surface contact, improves traction and allows for precise cornering.
