Sake has been brewed for centuries and is still is a corner stone of many Japanese festivals and ceremonies. It also remains a center piece of contemporary social culture. Like wine and Beer, Sake is a fermented beverage. Where wine is made from grapes and beer is made from malt and hops, Sake is made primarily from special rice and good water. But, it is the brewing process which sets Sake apart. Each brewery has its own special techniques for selecting materials and brewing Sake. Nearly every region of Japan boasts its own original brewery.
At Sake Bar, we offer a wide range of Sake, all imported from Japan e.g. Kobe, Nishinomiya, Niigata, Fukuoka etc., We offer almost 200 types of sake you can select from. Don’t know how to choose your Sake?, ask our Sake Sommeliers, who have received extensive training to assist you with selection and have excellent knowledge of pairing the Sakes with menu items.
