Thai AirAsia, the leading low-fare airline in Thailand, has entered into an agreement that will give its guests the ability to add market-leading travel insurance to their online itineraries. The travel insurance is provided by New Hampshire Insurance Company (NHI), a member company of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), a leader in providing travel insurance products and services to Thai travelers. The program is brokered by Starr Associates, Limited.
Thai AirAsia GoInsure Travel Protection was designed with Thai AirAsia guests in mind - it is easy to buy and is of great value. While making their online bookings, guests need only select the option to add Thai AirAsia GoInsure to their itinerary. Prices start at just THB74.90 for a one-way domestic trip and range to THB210 for an international roundtrip lasting up to 30 days.
Thai AirAsia guests from 9 days to 75 years old are eligible to take advantage of Thai AirAsia GoInsure. Depending on the type of plan selected, GoInsure provides coverage for baggage & personal effects, personal accident, accident medical reimbursement, emergency medical evacuation, trip delay, trip cancellation, and more. Mr. Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai AirAsia, was joined by Mr. Steven Barnett, President of New Hampshire Insurance Company, in officially launching Thai AirAsia GoInsure today at Hotel Grand Mercure Bangkok.
