For Mileage Plus? members, united.com offers the ability to access past travel itineraries and easily see alternative dates for award tickets should their first choice be unavailable.
“Apart from the new united.com website, we also refreshed Thailand Website which is unitedairlines.co.th in order to provide our Thai customers with an enhanced travel experience from the moment they begin planning their trip,” said Eric Wilson, General Manager, United Airlines — Thailand. “Customers have more tools to help them create their travel itineraries, more flexibility when making their travel arrangements, and much easier navigation.”
With fewer clicks, customers can navigate the site to plan and book travel, check flight status, check in for flights and manage their Mileage Plus account information.
Customers can earn up to 500 bonus miles each time they purchase qualifying travel at united.com. Unlike other travel Web sites, united.com does not charge a booking fee.
