TrueMove has launched a new and innovative “Online Payment via Counter Service” under the concept of Convergence Lifestyle to increase convenience for our post pay subscribers. The new service allows customers to pay their bill via counter service at any 7-Eleven store throughout the country without the need of the monthly statement and free of charge. All customers have to do is just inform the counter staff of the TrueMove mobile phone number. This service offers fast and convenient payment, which meets the demands of today’s fast-paced lifestyles.
Mr. Suphakit Vuntanadit, Director of Marketing and Customer Experience Relationship Management for True Corporation Plc., said that TrueMove has in the past offered its post pay customers bill payment via counter service and found that customers often forgot the bill and thought that they have to pay the handling fee. Furthermore, the previous system was not real-time and not convenient for customers who wanted to make payment on the due date or even after.
