DHL SERVICEPOINT outlets promise customers a complete retail experience with a new product called EXPRESS4YOU, which is an easy-to-use international express service that offers a wide range of packaging solutions for shipments, weighing from 0.5kg to 25kg, to suit customers’ needs. Packaging is free and included in the flat-fee pricing. Customers are presented with a menu of simplified zone prices that offer greater value for money. EXPRESS4YOU is supported by DHL’s existing 24/7 customer service call centres, as well as the track-and-trace technology which allows customers to keep an eye on their shipments.
DHL SERVICEPOINT is now available in 6 branches across the country: Silom, Pattaya, BTS Chidlom, Nana, Jatujak Plaza, and now in Chiang Mai. Interested customers can now experience DHL’s world-class service at the new DHL SERVICEPOINT Chiang Mai outlet located at Rajchadumnern Road, which will operate from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. daily.
