Mrs. Nusara (Assakul) Banyatpiyaphod, (4th from left) President and Mr. Kla Kitjakarn, Vice President of Ocean Property Company (3rd from left) revealed Ocean Property 2007 business plan and prepared to launch its new 5-star hotel project named "Asara Villa & Suite Hua Hin" which worth more than Bt900 million with a contemporary style. The target group of this hotel project will be focused on local and international high-end groups of customers. Besides this, they also hasten to construct another two big projects which are “Ocean Portofino and O2 Hip condominium” and prepared to develop “Ocean Villa Hua Hin” which worth more than Bt600 million in the 3rd quarter of this year. The company plan to increase their 2007 revenue up to 30% by end of the year.
