There are no crocodiles in the Chaophraya River, but plenty to be found at Riverside Terrace this month where our chefs are really going to town and creating a menu of crocodile meat.
The promotion menu includes crocodile soup, crocodile appetizers, crocodile teppanyaki and crocodile barbecue for you to try such as Crocodile steaks marinated in tagine spices; Crocodile and pineapple kebab with sweet chili dipping sauce; Crocodile sausages; Yam Tha-wai jor ra kae-Poached vegetable salad with shredded crocodile and coconut cream; Mee groub jor ra kae-Crispy noodles with crocodile and yellow bean curd; Nam prik ong jor ra kae-minced crocodile with chili paste; Jor ra kae hor bai toy-crocodile fillet wrapped in pandan leaves; Crocodile combo; Wonton mee-Chinese BBQ pork with crocodile dumplings; Gaeng mussaman jor ra kae-Crocodile curry served with potatoes; Kuay tiew phad Thai jor ra kae-stir fried rice noodles with crocodile Thai style; Jor ra kae Takrai-fried fillet of crocodile with chili and Thai herbs and many more.
