Sutee Ketsiri, Managing Director of Bangkok House Builder Company Limited, the quality house building company under Built to Build Group said regarding the new Super Save Campaign that the company has developed new house designs with a very special price which has never been done before in the house building industry. It will launch 6 house designs in April 2007 with the price ranging around 0.9 — 1.3 million baht.
Sutee said that Bangkok House Builder has the policy to continuously develop new products to satisfy the consumers. During the time when the internal economy and political situation is still not stable which would affect the consumers’ confidence, the Super Save models will definitely serve the requirements of those who do not have high install payment power. Calculating from the current interest rate, they will be able to make install payment starting from 4,900 baht payment. This would suit the target group with the monthly family income around 20,000 baht.
Sutee added that the 6 Super Save designs are still 2-story single detached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and utility space around 100-160 square metres. The standard and service systems will be the same as our other models including the strong pre-caste structure system with 10 years guarantee, the construction standard control and follow-up by experienced supervision team.
“During the past years, the company has done research on the reasonable priced, quality construction materials for the Super Save design as well as made the agreement with the suppliers to control the construction material price specially for this set of designs to enable the company to control its cost at around 8,500 baht per square metre”, said Sutee.
At the same time, the company plans to promote the Super Save design and reach the target group through advertising, public relations as well as road show activities to introduce the new house designs at the government agencies which are the companies’ main customer base. During this introduction period, the company will make a special offer of 2-baht gold to the first 10 customers who place the order.
Sutee added that as the competition in the house building business is more vigorous especially in the less than 2 million baht house design segment, Bangkok House Builder is considered to be the best prepared to build quality houses within this price range. Considering the downward trend of the loan interest rate during 2007, the consumers are believed to be more confident. The company has posted the similar sales figure during the first quarter of this to last year which was around 45 million baht. The company is confident that the Super Save campaign will be able to boost the sales which would be apparent in the 3rd and 4th quarter of this year. The company projected the sales of 200 million baht up from 180 million baht last year.
