The FCI International Company Limited has emerged from the concept of Mr. Panom Pimsaeng and from his 20 years of extensive experiences in the construction business, designing and in the industrial factory construction, whereby he encountered a host of problems in the construction of industrial factories.
In the past, each factory construction was done by factory owner hiring designers and later construction was completed by the construction contractors through bidding. Emphasis was on the competition for cheaper cost. However, in reality, the general factory construction business still lacks effective designers and construction contractors with specific experiences, and therefore, the designing and construction has not been satisfactory to the clients. This has caused a host of problems, such as, the designing became unsuitable for the factory purposes and the cost had exceeded the set budget due to the lack of specific experiences in making effective factories, and the work became sub-standardized as it focused on many aspects and because of the lack of continuous development.
For these reasons, Mr. Panom Pimsaeng has initiated the concept of building standard industrial factories, considering the factory as a kind of product with same standard, recognized the brand name and quality control by FCI International Co., Ltd. Factory models are fixed in series for selection by the clients and they can be easily applied to suit the concept of ready-made factories responding the requirements, whether they be the open or closed factories. These factory models can be adjusted to suit the size of land of the clients in order to achieve the best land area utilization.
