Finansa Public Company Limited held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 1 /2007 chaired by Dr. Virabongsa Ramangkura (second from left), Chairman of Finansa Public Company Limited along with Mr. Vorasit Pokachaiyapat (second from right), Managing Director, Mr. Varah Sucharitakul (right), Director, and Mr.Vitthya Vejjajiva, Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director of the company. The Meeting approved the 2006 certified financial statements of the Company and its affiliated companies, which has quorum constituted. The Meeting was held in Pacific Room 1, the 21st Floor, the Pan Pacific Hotel, Suriyawong Sub-District, Bang Rak, Bangkok.
