The "Royal Thai Wine Dinner" provides a unique opportunity to sample some of Thailand's outstanding wines carefully selected to go with Thara Thong's delicious royal Thai cuisine. Held on the opening night, May 9th, the entire restaurant will be booked out for this grand opening event, which will feature 4 selected wines presented by GranMonte, one of Thailand's premier winemakers based in Khao Yai.
The 5-course menu of authentic Royal Thai cuisine prepared by Chef Charoensri Vatanayut will include her signature dishes like Wi Hok Norn Rung (Golden Fried Shrimp in Crispy Vegetables cup), Yum Som-O (Spicy Pomelo Salad with Shrimp and Coconut Flakes), and Pla Salmon Ta Krai (Deep Fried Marinated Salmon with Lemongrass and Fresh Herbs).
Thara Thong will be offering this special menu through June 10th along with wines from GranMonte. Harvesting only the best grapes for unique world-class wines, GranMonte's wines were ranked in the top ten quality wines in Asia.
Thara Thong is an elegant and authentic yet relaxing Thai restaurant featuring a richly appointed interior in a glorious Thai teak pavilion.
