The Royal Sammuk is confident in the location of the famous Bangsaen beach as it announces the opening of the second phase of the luxury town homes project worth 72 million baht in May, following the remarkable success of the first phase. In order to celebrate the new phase of the project, the company has joined SEC Group to host the 1st SEC and The Royal Sammuk Mini Motor Show at the project site, showcasing over 7 models of luxurious imported vehicles worth over 40 million baht. The launch of the new phase is also accompanied by special offers — buy a fully furnished home from the first phase and get a free Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 worth over 5 million baht.
Ms. Navanat Sukhamongkhon, Managing Director of Laima Land Lord Company Limited, developer of The Royal Sammuk Project — the pearl of Chonburi and luxury neighborhood afoot the hills of Sammuk, disclosed that both Thai and foreign homebuyers were seen with strong interest in the project after the launch of the first phase last September. “A total of 18 units worth 284 million baht have been sold from the 28-unit first phase, which is about 64% of the entire project. The initial success has made us confident in pushing through with the second phase, which is designed to be a town home community due for launch in May. Phase 2 of the project will consist of 12 units worth 72 million baht in combined value, whose prices start from as low as 5.8 million baht a unit,” she explained.
“Bangsaen beach is the nearest beach town to Bangkok with only 50 minutes travel time. At present, Bangsaen is developed to accommodate visitors with better facilities and infrastructure such as 8-lane traffic. Development within the area during the last 1-2 years was focused on the road network at the beach itself which makes it even more convenient to travel to Bangsaen beach, given more than 3 access routes to the seaside. A new road is also being constructed to connect Bangsaen to Sukhumvit Road, which will be completed within this year,” she said.
Bangsaen is also a center of dining and shopping. There are plenty of great seafood restaurants, common markets and shopping malls namely Carrefour, Big C, Tesco Lotus and Makro. There are also hospitals, 5-star hotels, government schools, private schools, international schools, universities and marine institute in the area. “In addition, the Tourism Authority of Thailand is also supporting the development of shoreline real estate to promote building of resorts. This is an evidence of growing economic and social activities within the district of Bangsaen, now becoming essential factors for The Royal Sammuk project to draw interest from capable homebuyers,” she added.
“According to a survey, there remains substantial demand for quality town homes in premium surrounding. This is the reason for the project to begin the second phase, which will be offered in May. We expected the second phase will be welcome by homebuyers just like in the first phase of the project,” she said.
The second phase of The Royal Sammuk project consists of 3-story town homes complete with space and functionality. Each unit is 259 square meters in size and has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living room, a guest room, a dining room, Thai kitchen and pantry, parking space for 4 cars. The town homes are perfect as weekend houses for those living in Bangkok and great accommodation to welcome foreign guests from Europe. “We believe the second phase of The Royal Sammuk will be sold out before the end of this year. As for the first phase of the project, we are pleased with the sales performance. The units are sold continuously and we have special campaigns to promote the sales,” she concluded.
