‘Crystal Design Center’ introduced as the Ultimate Lifestyle Design District
Thailand’s leading luxurious real estate developer K.E. Land Co., Ltd. has unveiled “Crystal Design Center” (CDC) - the most comprehensive empire of decorative design, architectural products and knowledge center in a 70-rai lifestyle district setting. This project will cement Thailand as the preeminent hub of Asia.
The company plans to invest 5 billion baht for the total project. The 35-rai first phase consists of 9-building complex totaling 100,000 sq.m. including 150-200 flagship product showrooms carrying over 2,000 brands, an architecture and decoration resource center, 7 exhibition and conference facilities, a business lounge, a design library and office space. CDC architecture has been designed by Boiffils Group from France together with CEL Engineering and Metroscape being responsible for the modern landscape. The first phase is expected to complete by yearend 2008.
