Independent Software Vendors Across Region Deliver More than 200 Integrated Offerings on Oracle? Fusion Middleware
Oracle announced that leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) across Asia Pacific have deployed more than 200 solutions on Oracle Fusion Middleware.
With Oracle Fusion Middleware, ISVs no longer need a variety of proprietary middleware technologies to integrate with different components of Oracle’s Enterprise Applications family. Instead, ISVs use Oracle Fusion Middleware as a common integration and business process management technology to integrate with Oracle Applications including Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle’s JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Siebel products. Customers can now leverage open, complete, standards-based service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions spanning Oracle and its partner solutions. Both customers and ISVs will benefit from lower costs of implementation, accelerated delivery times and a lower cost in the event of future changes.
Asia Pacific ISVs representing a variety of industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care and Public Sector have turned to Oracle Fusion Middleware to deliver more comprehensive offerings for their targeted markets.
Path Infotech Limited’s SmartQ is a customer service centre management solution that will enable customer service centres of banks, financial services, insurance, hospitals, railways, airlines, telecom, bill payment centres and citizen facilitation centres to better manage customer queries, customer volumes and also measure the quality of services being delivered over the counter. “A comprehensive and standards-based family of middleware software, Oracle Fusion Middleware enables customers to adopt and manage SOAs in heterogeneous computing environments,” said Tarun Agarwal, Director-Technology, Path InfoTech Limited. “Oracle Fusion Middleware has been our platform of choice for SmartQ development and deployment. The ease of use and instant integration with JDeveloper is a big winner.
