This promotion is available from now until January 31st, 2008. All rolls are exclusively created by Tsu’s Head Chef Akihiro Izumi, who has many years of experiences in traditional Japanese cuisine, by using only selective traditional Japanese ingredients for not only great traditional taste but also superb presentation. Aki’s Edome Traditional Sushi Roll Creation include: - Toro Taku Maki — A regular roll with chopped Blue Fin Fatty Tuna mixed with chopped Japanese Yellow pickles, Shiso Leaf and Sesame Seeds - Saba Gari Maki — A traditional Japanese roll with chopped Marinated Mackerel, Sushi Ginger, Shiso Leaf and Sesame Seeds - Negi Hama Maki — A small size roll with Chopped Japanese yellow Tail and Green Onion Roll - Yama Ume Maki — A roll with fresh Japanese Mountain Yam and Japanese Plum Paste - Una Tama Maki — A medium size roll with Japanese Fresh Water Eel, Sweet Egg and Cucumber Tsu is located on the Lower Lobby Floor of the JW Marriott Bangkok and is opened daily for lunch and dinner from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm and 6.00 pm to 10.30 pm.
