Net profit was up in 3Q07 as gains from a restructuring of the timeshare joint venture with Marriott combined with gains from the food and hotel business which posted higher YoY earnings in 3Q07. With 9M07 net profit up by 19% YoY to Bt 1,052 million, MINT expects a strong 4Q07 as the Naladhu Maldives and Four Seasons Samui will be open for this year's holiday season. MINT is delighted with the acquisition of The Coffee Club as it is a well managed brand with strong potential to expand in Australia and internationally.
