Bangkok--21 Nov--Philips Electronics (Left) Mr. Adisorn Kiatchokewiwat, Governor of Provincial Electricity Authority, and (Right) Mr. Prakorn Makjumroen, Chairman and CEO of Philips Electronics (Thailand) Ltd. and General Manager of Lighting Division, launched “80 Schools 80 Communities: Saving Energy Together to celebrate our beloved King” project, aiming to encourage Thai youth, who are the future of the nation, and Thai people to realize the important of energy efficiency and switch to use energy efficient lighting to save energy, combat global warming and conserve environment. This project is also aimed to celebrate His Majesty the King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary.
