Bangkok--6 Dec--KTC Mr. Dusit Rachatasatanunt (center), Senior Vice President for Human Resources, Resources Management, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, led a group of students on a grand celebration of the 4th anniversary of Learn & Earn @ KTC under the theme “From Seeds to Fine Sprouts in Four Years with Learn & Earn @ KTC” and presented KTC Top Performance Awards 2007 to students with good academic and professional performance. Winning teams are chosen from their submission of an article under the topic “How young people create a better society” to remind young Thai people of their duty to the society and the country. The winning team wins two prizes of Hong Kong — Disneyland — Shenzhen travel package for two worth 40,000 Baht each. Students can take a family member on a trip with them and this helps fortify the family as a social unit. The runner-up team wins eight prizes of cultural heritage travel package to Doi Tung, Chiang Rai worth 9,000 Baht each. The event recently took place at KTC Touch, United Business Centre 2 Building, Sukhumvit 33. Learn & Earn @ KTC was officially launched on August 6th, 2003 to help Thai students learn how to rely on themselves and spend their free time wisely. Presently, 16,132 vocational and college students from public and private institutions have applied for the program and 1,409 have been chosen for participation.
