Bangkok--19 Dec--Be1 Communications Crocs?, pioneer of a new breed of comfort footwear, today announced launch of its latest collection, featuring 12 new stylish designs of ultimate comfort, fun, and function. Mr. Nath Vongpanich, Managing Director of CRC Sports Co., Ltd. and Crocs’ authorized official distributor in Thailand, revealed that Crocs’ latest collection continues to feature the unique Croslite? material, a non-marking, anti-microbial proprietary closed-cell resin from which all of Crocs? shoes are constructed. Many of the new models will offer colors from the company’s latest seasonal color palette. The latest collection, which was first unveiled in Bangkok before the media and guests at the first Crocs fashion show in Thailand, includes six new women’s models, one new men’s model, two new unisex models, and three new kids’ models. Crocs consulted with their acquired design firm EXO Italia on these shoe lines, taking a marked step to increase the level of versatility and options for its consumers with these innovative designs. It is the largest collection to date and presents new shoe designs with an expanded palette and surprising new materials. The six women’s models are the Sassari, Patra, Mary Jane, Capri, Alice, and Celeste Suede models. Crocs’ Sassari makes its debut as the first retro inspired high-heeled wedge shoe amongst. While the Crete model for men is designed witha low profile and wide footbed constructed specifically for the comfort of men’s feet. The original comfort design Beach model was the pioneer model that kicked off a phenomenon. The unique circulation nubs stimulate blood flow, with footbed conforming to create a custom fit. Ventilation ports increase breathability and filter water and debris away from the footbed. The loose fit allows feet to bend and expand naturally, reducing fatigue. The new Axle model comes with a cool camp pattern for a rugged look and feel. Its padded leather upper and industrial laces provide all around comfort while keeping the foot firmly in place. Rugged sole grips and grabs while sensitive enough to hold an edge. Another new offering suited for kids includes Girls Alice, Kids Axle and Kids Scutes which features Crocs’ signature comfort designed specially for small feet. “We are excited to announce the introduction of our new collection which features stylish shoe designs based on our proprietary Croslite? material”, said Mr. Nath. “The unique integration of new materials including leather, canvas, suede into our new shoe models marks a breakthrough in traditional shoe design by mixing stylish features with Crocs’ legendary comfort.” Crocs also provides ‘Jibbitz’, which are snap-on accessories for Crocs that comes in an assortment of shapes, sizes and adorable designs such as flowers, Walt Disney’s cartoon, and other pretty models. Jibbitz is designed to be easily snapped into Crocs’ unique and famous ventilation holes. It can be used to decorate any Crocs shoes with holes — such as the Beach, Mary Jane, Girls Mary Jane, Kids Cayman, Off Road and Islander models. The Crocs shoe brand made its debut in Thailand in June 2007 and has received an overwhelming response from local customers who appreciate shoes that give them function, style and comfort all in one. Crocs shoes are distributed in Thailand by premier sports store chain Supersports.
