Bangkok--17 Jan--Aziam Burson-Marsteller Serm Suk Public Company Limited appoints two experienced executives to strengthen its beverage market leadership.The Pathumthani plant will be headed by Dhitivute Bulsook as General Manager, while Parinya Permpanich has taken the position of Marketing and Sales Operations Director effective 1 January 2008. In his new position, Mr. Dhitivute Bulsook will strengthen Serm Suk’s leadership in the Thai beverage market by overseeing the manufacturing process, sales and distribution of the Pathumthani plant, which covers 70% of the company’s nationwide distribution area. In his over 10 years of diverse experiences in carbonated soft drink business, Dhitivute held many key positions at Pepsi-Cola International including sales training, franchise, and sales where he oversaw a variety of trade channels including modern trade, fast food and traditional trade. Following his successful career at Pepsi, Dhitivute served Serm Suk as Marketing Director executing marketing activations for every beverage brand while being a key driver of Serm Suk’s success in building corporate market share leadership behind the Pepsi brand, driving rapid growth of Crystal drinking water to become No. 2 in a very competitive and fragmented market and pioneering Pepsi Max 0 calorie growth with successful innovations. Mr. Parinya Permpanich, Serm Suk’s Marketing and Sales Operations Director, has been a highly successful sales executive in the Thai beverage market for almost 30 years and has been a key contributor to Serm Suk’s success in traditional and modern trade. He also has extensive prior experience in both marketing and sales having been the Sales Operation Director to oversee the flavored carbonated soft drinks market. Parinya’s outstanding performance is also reflected in the fact that Serm Suk’s sales operations in Thailand are the flagship sales operations for Pepsi’s Asian markets. He was awarded the Ring of Honor in recognition of his contribution to Serm Suk success.
