Bangkok--22 Jan--Thana Burin Asia Pacific Following its commitment to develop the skills of Thai students particularly in their English studies, AustCham Thailand has organised its first extracurricular English teaching event for 2008 with a variety of fun activities at Baan Khao Huay Mahad School located at Baan Chang district of Rayong province. During the day, some 80 students aged between 7-12 years old joined the special voluntary English classes. Besides teaching English to the students, AustCham Thailand donated documentary books to the school, as well. Photo shows Belinda Skinner, one of English voluntary teachers, presenting some of the documentary books to Archarn Taweeb Sudsawaeng, School Master of Baan Khao Huay Mahad School in Rayong province for school students to explore their knowledge. Also presenting during the presentation are Mr Martin Kyle, Executive Director of AustCham Thailand, some of English and Thai voluntary teachers and student representatives.
